Bosch Horisontal 800 Screw-On Plate Kit, Black, One Size

Fordeler

• OEM Bosch component (EB1290000Z) ensures precise fit with Smart System PowerTube 800 horizontal layouts
• Lock-side, pivot (hinged) screw-on design simplifies battery insertion/removal and routine service
• Includes required hardware (4 × M4×8 screws) and pivot plate (BBP388Y) for a complete lock-side mount
• Maintains system integrity and warranty alignment better than generic mounts when installed per Bosch guidelines
• Rigid mounting interface reduces battery rattle compared with worn or improvised brackets
• Compatible with current Bosch Smart System architecture, supporting newer e-MTB and trekking frames using PowerTube 800

Ting å vurdere

• Narrow compatibility: works only with Bosch PowerTube 800, horizontal orientation, lock-side; not cross‑compatible with 500/625/750 or vertical systems
• Does not include opposite-side rail/carrier or the lock cylinder—additional frame-specific parts may be required
• Requires frame bosses and geometry designed for Bosch horizontal pivot mount; not a retrofit for non-Bosch or incompatible frames
• Installation quality is critical; improper torque or alignment can affect latch function and battery security—often best done by an authorized dealer
• Limited public test data (weight, corrosion specs) and few independent reviews available

Oppsummering & anbefalinger

An OEM lock-side, hinged mounting plate for Bosch Smart System PowerTube 800 batteries in horizontal configurations. It provides correct geometry and secure engagement with the battery when the frame is designed for this interface. The kit is complete for the lock-side with included screws but may require additional frame-specific parts. Best for service replacements or builds on Bosch-compatible frames; not suitable for other PowerTube capacities or vertical mounts.

Bruksområder & tips

Bosch Horisontal 800 Screw-On Plate Kit is intended for riders in Norway using Bosch Smart System e-bikes that house a PowerTube 800 battery horizontally. It suits workshop replacements, frame swaps, or conversions on frames already designed for Bosch’s hinged lock-side interface. The kit supports commuter, trekking, and e‑MTB use where repeated battery removal is common (cold-weather charging indoors, ferry travel rules, or long winter storage). As an OEM mount, it aligns with EN 15194 (EPAC) compliance when installed per Bosch specifications. For Norwegian conditions—wet climates, salt on winter roads, and frequent temperature swings—periodic inspection of fasteners and latch action is recommended. Verify that your frame uses the Bosch horizontal pivot standard and source any companion parts (opposite-side rail, lock core) through a Bosch dealer to ensure full Smart System compatibility.
