Sourcing Elten Maddox Low Esd S3 Src Snøstøvler male, Black / red, EU 45

Fordeler

• Certified EN ISO 20345 S3 SRC: toe protection, puncture resistance, and high slip resistance for wet/oily floors
• ESD-classified: suitable for environments with electrostatic control requirements
• Wellmaxx/Infinergy midsole cushioning improves shock absorption and reduces fatigue versus conventional PU-only midsoles
• Textile (metal-free) puncture-resistant midsole enhances flexibility and comfort while maintaining S3 penetration protection
• Hydrophobized suede/textile upper offers water penetration resistance (WRU) for typical workplace splashes
• TPU/PU outsole provides abrasion and oil/fuel resistance with dependable grip (SRC)
• Removable ESD insole and compatibility with orthopedic modifications (DGUV 112-191 / ÖNORM Z 1259)
• Moderate weight (~555 g per shoe) for an S3-certified low-cut safety shoe
• Wide size range (35–48) and standard fit

Ting å vurdere

• Low-cut design and WRU upper are water-repellent, not fully waterproof; not ideal for prolonged saturation or deep puddles
• Steel toe adds weight and can feel colder in low temperatures compared to composite toes
• Textile/suede upper may show wear faster in highly abrasive environments versus full-grain leather
• TPU/PU outsoles can harden in very cold conditions, reducing grip
• Not insulated; limited thermal protection for cold-storage or winter outdoor use

Oppsummering & anbefalinger

Elten Maddox Low ESD S3 SRC combines S3 protection with strong cushioning via BASF Infinergy, providing good comfort for long shifts on hard floors. The SRC outsole delivers reliable grip, and the ESD rating fits electronics or logistics settings. As a low-cut shoe with hydrophobized suede/textile, it resists splashes but is not a waterproof boot. Steel toe protection and a flexible, metal-free puncture plate balance safety and comfort, though durability of the textile upper and performance in very wet or cold environments are trade-offs.

Bruksområder & tips

Best for indoor or mixed indoor/outdoor work such as logistics, warehousing, light manufacturing, assembly, facilities maintenance, and ESD-sensitive areas. Suitable when slip resistance and cushioning are priorities, and exposure to standing water is limited. Less suitable for continuous wet conditions, heavy-abrasion tasks, or cold-weather outdoor work.
